Prepare your request
Provide your name, the email address or number linked to the account, the organization concerned and, if available, your member ID. Never send your password, a full payment-card number or a security code.
Send the request
Email the privacy address below with the subject “Account deletion request”. For an account managed by an organization, that organization may need to confirm information related to your membership.
Identity verification
To protect accounts, the team may ask for confirmation from the email address already associated with the account or another proportionate verification. This step exists only to prevent a third party from deleting your information without authorization.
Deletion processing
Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized according to the service concerned. Data related to payments, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security or disputes may be retained for the legally required period.
After deletion
Features that depended on the account, including member access and some personalized data, may become unavailable. If you join the organization again later, a new registration may be required.
